Help — Troubleshooting

"Connect device" does nothing / no port list: Web Serial is Chromium-only — use desktop Chrome or Edge. On other browsers or iPad, use Try demo or pick chairs manually; live USB on iPad arrives in a later phase.
QR scan says it's unsupported: The live camera scan needs the BarcodeDetector API (Chrome/Android). Where it's missing, pick the chair from the list or use Simulate.
Forward and reverse look swapped: Toggle the Dyno path (Out/In), or check which way the chair drove onto the road.
A reading won't capture: Pause ~2 s after each run — that stillness delimits forward from reverse. Use Reset peak to restart the cadence.
Saved offline — is it lost?: No. It's queued locally and syncs on reconnect with no duplicates. Reopen the test page online to force a sync, or use Export JSON. See Working offline.
Can't reach a console: Check your role (the top-nav badge shows your org + role) and that the right organization is active (switch on the Dashboard).
An invite email didn't arrive: An org admin can Resend invite from Members.

Troubleshooting Everyone
